Why state and local government financial reporting matters to the federal government

On July 8, 2019 the White House Office of Management and Budget and the Data Coalition sponsored an event seeking input on the federal government's draft data strategy. Liz Sweeney, President of Nutshell Associates, offered her perspectives on the connection between federal, state and local government data needs.
